Design, Drafting & Construction Pty Ltd can assist you in your next project by managing it for you and relieving the stress of having to deal with tradesman, suppliers etc. that are speaking a different language that you don’t fully understand. All you would need to worry about is the overall budget that you have in mind and leave the technical & stressful side to our building designers.

This architectural drafting service is only available to projects valued over $500,000.00 as per the requirements of standard contracts available for the drafting services.

Budget estimates will be provided prior to commencement of works and we ensure that the project is kept on track and on budget.

Project management is well suited to multi unit developments, large projects such as custom built homes, large home renovations and house extensions or any industrial/commercial project or, furthermore, any project that requires specialised supervision to ensure that the design integrating and quality is maintained at all times during the construction.

ANGELO TIRICOLA

Founder & Managing Director

With a continuing passion for architecture, building and structural design, Angelo’s goal was to create a design business that was customer focused; a go-to business from preliminary design consulting stage through to the completion of building.

With over 35 years of experience in the design industry his initial involvement was in Heavy Engineering as a Design Draftsman but always had a strong passion for architecture & building. In 1987 he diversified into building design and construction when he formed the A.P.T. Design, Drafting & Construction Pty Ltd company.

Through years of hard work and experience, Angelo has gained high credibility not only for himself but for the A.P.T. brand. His highly reputable work and work ethics have seen him become a greatly sought after designer and builder.
