Our Design Process
Our design consultant will meet with client, to discuss specific requirements for their proposed project and do a site measure of existing conditions as required to be able to prepare a an existing conditions plan along with a preliminary design to present to the client for review.
After consulting with clients, the preliminary design is developed further with a basic elevation and revised concept floor plan for client approval.
If required by client, the drawings are prepared to a stage suitable for obtaining budget estimates for construction prior to finalising architectural working drawings for building permit.
Architectural drawings are finalised as working drawings along with all engineering drawings & computations, energy rating reports and soil test reports etc. ready for submission for building permit and construction tender.
Upon completion of all construction working drawings and associated documentation. Should the client require our construction services, we are able to provide a FREE no obligation quotation for the construction of the project.
